When A.C. was first married he was working as a laborer for another painting business. Having a family gave him a hunger and a desire to progress and grow to better care for them. 

Instead of looking for another job to better provide for his family, A.C. was inspired to take his skills and build a business that would provide him with the opportunity to improve his community and create more work for not just himself, but others.

Taking an old, broken, sad-looking house and restoring it to new life is A.C.’s passion. He sees these homes as a reflection of his own life. He has been completely restored and redeemed just like the homes he works on.

A.C. recalls one client he had, who thought his home was a lost cause and no amount of paint would save it. A.C. asked for a chance because he knew that he could bring life to his house. The client reluctantly agreed, and to his surprise, the house was completely restored by A.C.’s services. Even with his knowledge as an engineer, he could not wrap his mind around the drastic change A.C. brought to his home without having to completely replace the side paneling. 

This moment made A.C. realize that this is his life purpose; building up. Building up a business, building up homes, and most importantly, building up people.
